Allergenic students can eat accordıng to the allergen menu prepared by us after submıttıng the report ınformatıon to the school admınıstratıon

Invoices are issued in the middle of each period and payment is obligatory until the end of the period. Settlement is mandatory at the end of each semester. Payment follow-up (through the system) must be done by the parents themselves and penalties are automatically initiated for payments not made by the end of the semester.

In the event of a medical report lasting 3 days or more, if the medical information is communicated to both the school and us, a reduction will be applied to the current invoice if it has not yet been issued, or to the next term's invoice if it has already been issued. Students who will be fasting during the month of Ramadan must be notified at least one month in advance.

In the event of cancellation of a student's enrolment for reasons such as a change of job or residence abroad, once the information has been provided, the payment made will be refunded via a refund invoice.

In cases such as school holidays (2 days or more) that occur for any reason in the country outside the school calendar, the number of vacation days is calculated by deducting from the invoice.

There is no obligation to eat.

If a student wishes, he/she can pay for the meal he/she wants by topping up the meal card given by us and eat in the cafeteria on the day he/she wants.

If it is desired to eat continuously with an invoice, this must be indicated on the registration form. For students who do not want to register (who want to be included in the card system), the registration form should be filled in and it should be stated that they do not want to be included in the invoice system. In both cases, this letter must be filled in completely, signed and uploaded to the system. Registration letters must be filled in separately for each student.
